KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT MUSEUM AND VENKATAPPA ART GALLERY, BANGALORE
The museum has sculptures from the Hoysala and Gandhara periods. Popular exhibits include: antiquities from Mohenjodaro, terracotta from Mathura and miniature paintings from the Rajasthani and Pahari schools. TECHNICAL MUSUEM/VISHWESHWARAIH MUSEUM, BANGALORE
This museum is a tribute to Sir. M. Vishweshwaraiah, a statesman who worked to brings science and technology to the common man. The museum portrays the application of science and technology in industry and human welfare. A mobile science exhibition is a feature of the museum. Tel: 2864114.
